What is the size of the cheesecakes?
A. Each cheesecake is 10", and serves 12 people.

How do you keep the cheesecakes cold?
A. Our custom designed inner-shipping container completely surrounds the cheesecake with two inches of Styrofoam and a frozen gel pak is placed inside the packaging underneath each cheesecake to keep it cold. The outer shipping corrugated box for added strength and protection.

How do you personalize the cheesecake?
A. We cannot personalize the cheesecake itself, however, the personalization is on the greeting card.

Do you ship to Canada or Outside the USA?
A. Unfortunately no. Our cheesecake is perishible and cannot linger in customs sheds.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
A. Unfortunately we only ship to the contiguous United States.

Do you ship to APO or AFO addresses?
A. Unfortunately, due to the delay in the military shipping process, our perishible product cannot be on the road for an undetermined amount of time.

How will my cheesecake be shipped?
A. Our shipping container is state-of-the-art! Fully encased styro-foam. This keeps the cold in and the heat out. Each cake is shipped in a custom branded LINDY'S box. Each cake is shipped freshly frozen to protect the integrity of the quality.

What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
A. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service representative at 1-866 I LUV CHEESECAKE (458-8243).
